These terms govern use of Ringelle, an AI phone receptionist service: a business owner configures Ringelle with their own business information, and Ringelle answers phone calls to that business, has a conversation relevant to it, and can book appointments on the owner's behalf. By using Ringelle's dashboard, or by calling a business that uses Ringelle, you agree to these terms.
The service
Ringelle is provided as-is, during an early-access period, at the price and terms shown on our pricing page at the time you sign up. We don't guarantee a specific level of uptime or accuracy, though we work to keep both high. Ringelle is not a substitute for emergency services — callers are directed to call 911 for emergencies.
Text message program
If you call a business using Ringelle and book an appointment, you may be asked whether it's okay to receive a text message. If you say yes, you'll receive up to two messages related to that appointment: a booking confirmation, and a reminder on the day of the appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@ringelle.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how message data is handled.
Business owner responsibilities
If you set up a business on Ringelle, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide it, and for how that information is used to answer your callers. You should not feed Ringelle information you don't have the right to share, or ask it to represent your business in a way that's misleading to callers.
Billing
Pricing is shown on our pricing page. During early access, no payment is collected until Ringelle formally launches — we'll notify account holders before any billing begins.
